Cancellations, returns & refunds

This policy applies to signed paperback and hardcover books purchased directly from Free The Oppressed Studios, LLC through ct-hill.com or theremnantwar.com. Both signature-only and personally inscribed copies are prepared as custom signed books. Purchases made through Amazon are separate transactions governed by Amazon’s applicable policies.

You may cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Send your cancellation request to the order-support email shown on this page or reply to your order confirmation. Include your order number and the email used at checkout. The time your request is received determines eligibility, even if we respond after the deadline. An eligible cancellation refunds the full amount paid, including shipping and tax, to the original payment method.

After the 48-hour cancellation window, all direct signed-book sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind, an accidental purchase, a duplicate order, or dissatisfaction with an inscription that follows the details you supplied. This applies to signature-only copies as well as personally inscribed copies.

Check the format, quantity, delivery address, recipient names, and inscription requests before paying. Request any correction within the same 48-hour window. We begin signing and shipment preparation after that window closes.

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong book, or has an inscription error made by us, contact order support with your order number and photographs of the book and packaging. Retain the packaging while we review the issue. For a missing delivery, contact us with the order number and tracking information. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or other remedy; do not send a book back without return instructions.

If we cannot ship within the promised window, we will notify you of the delay and provide the cancellation and refund options required by law. Orders we cannot fulfill will be canceled and refunded. This final-sale policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
