Orders and support. When you request shipping or place an order, we collect your email, recipient name, delivery address, residential or business address choice, selected books, and signing or inscription instructions. We use this information to calculate shipping, process and fulfill orders, communicate about your purchase, handle support and eligible refunds, and keep business records. The owner can view purchase histories and sales reports in a protected dashboard.

Service providers. Cloudflare hosts the website and stores order and shipping-quote records. Stripe processes payments and payment-related fraud checks; card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored in our website database. UPS receives the shipping origin, destination address, residential classification, and package measurements for shipping quotes and fulfillment. Resend is the service used for order and shipment notifications when enabled. These providers process information needed to provide their services and may process it in countries outside your location.

Reader updates. MailerLite manages reader email subscriptions, selected interests, and unsubscribe requests when signup is enabled. Submitting the reader form or choosing the optional, unchecked reader-updates box at checkout provides separate marketing consent. A purchase alone does not subscribe you. Paid orders with that consent are added to the reader list; standalone reader signups are stored in MailerLite rather than our order database. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact support. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary messages about an existing order.

Retention. We retain order and support records as needed to fulfill purchases, handle customer service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable tax, accounting, and legal requirements. The scheduled cleanup removes expired shipping quotes after a 24-hour grace period and older rate-limit records after approximately 48 hours. Subscription records are retained while needed to manage the reader list. A limited record of an opt-out may remain to prevent unwanted resubscription. Records subject to an unresolved order, dispute, or legal requirement may need to be retained longer.

Privacy requests. Email support@fto-studios.com to request access to or correction of your information, ask for deletion, or withdraw marketing consent. We may need to verify that a request is yours. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain when information must be retained for an existing order or another legal obligation. Do not send card details in a support message.

Technical information. Hosting, authentication, and payment providers may use technical information, cookies, or similar technologies needed to operate and protect their services. We do not use advertising pixels on this website. Store reports are based on purchase records. External links, including Amazon and X, lead to services with their own privacy policies.

We may update this policy as the website and its services change. The policy displayed here applies to the current website.
