Terms of use & sale

This website presents the work of C. T. Hill. Free The Oppressed Studios, LLC sells direct author-signed books through this site. Amazon purchases are separate transactions governed by Amazon’s checkout and policies.

The novel, artwork, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Browsing the website does not grant permission to reproduce or distribute that material.

Before payment, each direct order identifies the book format, signing option, price, quantity, shipping charge, applicable tax, and expected dispatch window. Review the delivery address and the signing instructions for each copy. Payment is processed by Stripe. The website does not store card numbers.

Cancel within 48 hours of payment confirmation for a full refund. After that, signed and personally inscribed books are final sale, with no returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds. Damaged or incorrect orders and legally required remedies are covered by our policy.

By placing a direct order, you accept the displayed product details and our shipping, signing and personalization, and cancellations, returns and refunds policies. A purchase does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Our privacy policy describes how order information is handled.

Contact order support with your order number for cancellation requests, corrections, or a delivery problem. Any rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain available.
